How much is UK delivery?

We offer FREE UK delivery on all of our items!

How long will UK delivery take?

We ship all of our orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class. This method usually takes 1-2 working days. However, you can upgrade your shipping for £1 to Royal Mail 1st Class, if you so wish.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at this time.

Returns

Return details

Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any issues with the quality or condition of the goods you receive from us. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns that have been opened, due to sanitary/COVID reasons.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, please return the item to us in it’s original sealed packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

n.b. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage cost for all returned items (excluding faulty or incorrectly sent items).

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
