Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at this time. However, we do offer FREE UK delivery.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE UK delivery! We also offer local collection within the South Gloucestershire/Bristol area.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all of our orders via Evri Standard. This method usually takes 2-4 working days. However, you can upgrade your shipping for £1 to Next Day Delivery, if you so wish.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We endeavour to send all orders the next working day, so please get in touch as soon as you can if you wish to cancel your order. However, unfortunately if the order has already shipped any return would be governed by our Returns Policy (link here).
How long will my sweets last?
We recommend eating your sweets within 2 weeks of receiving them, for ultimate freshness. However, please feel free to transfer your sweets into an airtight container if you’d like them to last for longer.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. All packaging we use is either fully recyclable or biodegradable in order to reduce our impact upon the environment as far as is possible. Please note that some individual sweets however may be wrapped in plastic.
Do you cater for allergies & intolerances?
Yes, we do! We have a special section on our site for dietary requirements, including vegetarian and gluten-free. Our custom box is the best option for you if you have specific requirements in mind. All of our sweets our labelled on our site as per our suppliers information.
Can I choose which sweets go into a gift box?
Yes, of course! Please select our Custom Gift Box option and manually choose your sweets, using the drop down options provided. You can choose up to 10 sweets, depending on the box size.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
My order is a gift, when is best to purchase from you?
We recommend ordering your letterbox treats a week before you plan to gift them, to ensure the sweets are as fresh as possible!
